Traveled to Sacramento to view the movie "Revenge of the Electric Car"
with the Greater Sacramento EAA group. My wife and I both thought it
was a much better movie than "Who killed the Electric Car". The movie
spotlights the Chevy Volt, the Nissan Leaf, the Tesla Roadster, and a
conversion shop in Southern California. The movie is as much about
the men behind the cars as it is about the cars. The conversion shop
and the couple that own it would not have been my choice to represent
the conversion industry. Watch the movie and you will see what I mean.
I'm sure they are in the movie because of who they know, and that is the bottom line.
Enjoyed the movie, yep it's a better flick than "Who killed..." difficult to stomach costs of Leaf etc...large mass production to combustion engine volumes would reinforce the facts of how cheap this tech. really can be...and how available(politically interesting for any Govt. to have chosen to do a combustion to electric car conversion rather than 100% to bank bail outs- now THAT would have been a stimulation package AND Job creation!!)
ReplyDeleteGreat work, love your site and vids, though a little frightened of export costs from you to us in Spain.
Nice job on BOB.
